The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition. Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Sarma, learned Public Prosecutor for the State submits that he has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of on withdrawal.
