Page No.# 2/2 The present application has been instituted by the petitioner, herein, praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Nilambazar Police Station Case No. 96/2023 registered u/s. 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the CD as produced by the learned Addl. P.P., Assam. From the CD, it is seen that the victim girl had not implicated the petitioner. Further, there is a Note of the I.O. of the case, wherein, it has been recorded that the victim girl had married the petitioner, herein, and further, she had denied herself to be subjected to medical examination.

In view of the above position; the interim bail as granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order, dated 26.07.2024, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he shall continue to cooperate with the investigation of the matter.

The bail application accordingly stands disposed of.
