¶1Heard learned counsel Mr. N. N. B. Choudhury for the applicant, Abul Sheikh. Page No.# 2/2

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant Abul Sheikh has filed this application for correction of the typographical mistake as well as for correction of the petition of the Crl.Pet No. 840/2024 wherein the name of the petitioner/applicant has been erroneously typed as Abuk Sk @ Abuk Sheikh instead of Abul Sk @ Abul Sheikh.

¶3Heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶4I have considered the submissions at the Bar that the typographical error may be rectified and wherever the name Abuk Sk @ Abuk Sheikh appears, the error may be corrected and Abul Sk @ Abul Sheikh may be typed/inserted.

¶5In terms of the above observations, petition stands disposed of.

¶6Petitioner to submit the amended petition along with the amended cause-title.
