ORDER

23.09.2024 Ms. S. Seal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the appellate authority has passed order dated 14.08.2024 rejecting the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of dismissal from service dated 21.06.2024. Since the said order is not under challenge in this writ petition, hence, she seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh after assailing the order issued by the appellate authority as well. The prayer for withdrawal is not opposed by Mr. C. S. Hazarika, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate, Assam appearing for the respondents. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, I.A.(Civil) No.2845/2024 also stands disposed of.
