Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has Page No.# 2/2 been laid against the petitioner being CS No. 60/2024 dated 31.07.2024.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail if so advised and the jurisdictional Court may consider the prayer in accordance with law.
