¶1Heard Mr. T.H. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in Page No.# 2/2 the meanwhile, charge-sheet has already been laid, bearing charge-sheet No. 230/2024 dated 29.09.2024.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail on 01.08.2024 with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has also co-operated with him.

¶3In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the laying of the charge-sheet, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 01.08.2024, is hereby made absolute with conditions No. (iii) attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶4With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
