24.07.2024 Heard B.P. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

¶2The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner has been given part payment during the proceedings of this case. However, he is yet to receive Rs.1,97,470/- for "Production of Documentary Film on Pahumara CAD Project under Pahumara Rupahi Division (Irrigation), Sarupeta." He submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents to verify the bill of the petitioner and pay the admitted amount to the petitioner.

¶3Mr. N. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that he has got no objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

¶4In view of the consent of the parties, the respondents, especially the respondent No.2, shall verify the prayer of the petitioner for payment of the outstanding amount of Rs.1,97,470/- and pay the admitted amount thereafter. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Page No.# 3/3

¶5The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
