07.08.2024. Heard Shri V Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for an early hearing of the connected writ petition. Ms. A Sarma, learned counsel appears on behalf of Shri B Chakraborty, learned Central Government Counsel (CGC). Apart from the subject matter being connected with a claim for promotion and the writ petition instituted in the year 2023, there is an order dated 13.03.2024 passed in the writ proceeding for listing the matter for hearing in usual course. Admittedly, no application has been filed for review of the said order and in any case, in the considered opinion of this Court, no exceptional case for out of turn hearing is made out. Interlocutory application accordingly stands dismissed.
