¶1Heard learned counsel Mr. R. Ali for the applicant, Javed Akhtar.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant Mr. R. Ali has filed this Page No.# 2/2 application for rectification of the typographical error.

¶3Heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶4It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the typographical error had occurred in the B.A. application No. 2082/2024 wherein, instead of typing the Police Station as 'Barpeta Road' Police Station, the Police Station was inadvertently mentioned as 'Barpeta Police Station.'

¶5This typographical error is allowed to be rectified and wherein the P.S. is mentioned as 'Barpeta Police Station,' the error may be corrected and typed as 'Barpeta Road' Police Station, and thereafter be considered as Barpeta Road Police Station.
