Heard Mr. A. R. Sikdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. U. Das, learned counsel for the State respondents.

¶2The petitioner has prayed for payment of his contractual dues amounting to Rs.6,33,839.00 for vehicle hire charges in relation to the petitioner's Scorpio bearing No. AS-15G/4514.

¶3The petitioner's counsel submits that during the proceedings of this case, some payments have been made to the petitioner and as on date, the petitioner is to be paid an amount of Rs.1,25,152/.

¶4Ms. U. Das, learned counsel for the State respondents submits that in terms of the additional affidavit filed by the respondent No. 4, the petitioner is to be paid an outstanding bill amount of Rs. 1,25,152/-.

¶5In view of the fact that there is no denial of the fact that State respondents Page No.# 3/3 have to pay to the petitioner Rs. 1,25,152/-, the said amount may be paid to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
