O R D E R

31.07.2024

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a formal defect in the instant writ petition taking into account that the implementing agency has not been made a party. The learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶3It is however made clear that if the petitioners are aggrieved, they are always at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities seeking redressal. Page No.# 3/3

¶4Liberty is however given to the petitioners to move this Court, if the representation so submitted is not duly redressed by following the due process of law.
