¶2It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that in cause title of the petition being AB No. 1909/2024, the Police Case has been inadvertently wrongly Page No.# 2/2 mentioned as Gauripur Police Station Case No. 1670/2021 instead of Gauripur Police Station Case No. 1617/2021.

¶3The prayer of the applicant is allowed.

¶4The error may be rectified and the correct Police Case may be recorded as Gauripur Police Station No. 1617/2021 instead of Gauripur Police Station Case No. 1670/2021.
