O R D E R

12.01.2024. Mr. R.M. Deka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that taking into account the specific objection taken in the affidavit-in-opposition that there is an Arbitration Clause, submits that he would like to not to press the instant Writ Petition but would take appropriate steps for resolution of the dispute under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

(2) Accordingly the learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw with the liberty to approach as per the appropriate remedies available.

(3) Taking into account above, the instant Writ Petition stands closed on withdrawal. However the petitioners would be at the liberty to initiate such appropriate remedies as available including arbitration, if so permissible under the law.
