¶1Heard Mr. S. Alom, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who has produced the case diary of Kazigaon P.S. Case No. 23/2024 Page No.# 2/2 (G.R. Case No. 293/2024). He submits that though there are some incriminating materials against the petitioner in the case diary, however, he submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded under Section 180 of BNSS.

¶2I have perused the case diary and have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides.

¶3On perusal of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, which were issued on 02.08.2024, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, the interim Anticipatory Bail granted to him on 02.08.2024, by this Court is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2, 3 and 4 attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶4With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.

¶5Send back the case diary.
