Heard Mr. J. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants. Also Heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction in the Cause Title as well as the prayer portion of the Bail Application No. 2084/2024. Mr. J. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the cause title as well as prayer portion of the BA No. 2084/2024 by replacing the Special (POCSO) Case No. 121/2024 to Special (POCSO) Case No. 121/2022. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is allowed. Accordingly, the "Special (POCSO) Case No. 121/2024" stands corrected and be read as "Special (POCSO) Case No. 121/2022" in place of "Special (POCSO) Case No. 121/2024".
