27.09.2023 whereby the sanction has been accorded for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as Ex-gratia grant to the next kin of late Manoranjan Talukdar who had died due to road accident. It also provides that disbursement to the next of kin of the deceased person would be made on receipt of the FOC/Budget from the government. Since the writ petition has been filed on 30.07.2022 by the petitioner, who claims to be brother of the deceased of late Manoranjan Talukdar for payment of Ex-gratia grant to the next of kin of the deceased and sanction has been accorded on 27.09.2023, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the Ex-gratia amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner, if not already released.
