¶1Heard Mr. N. J. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/2

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by its order dated 05.08.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Mustafijur Rahman @ Mustafa Maniruzzaman has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation.

¶3The Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer in pursuant to the directions of this Court.

¶4As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by order 05.08.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall continue to cooperate in the investigation and shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts before the Investigating Officer or before the Court.

¶5With above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
