Heard Mr. S.I. Akand, learned counsel for the applicants.

¶2This interlocutory application, under Section 151 of the C.P.C., is preferred by the applicants for releasing a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/-, deposited before the Registry of this Court by the appellant insurance company, pursuant to order of this Court dated 13.05.2024, passed in I.A. (Civil) No. 1373/2024.

¶3The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the parents of the deceased, namely, Hikmot Ali @ Hikmat Ali.

¶4Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the applicants and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application by directing the Registry of this Court to release a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/-, deposited by the appellant insurance company, pursuant to order of this Court dated 13.05.2024, passed in I.A. (Civil) No. 1373/2024, in favour of the applicants, on furnishing a bond of their equal amount.

¶5In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
