Mr. MK Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition in view of the fact that there are certain formal defects in the writ petition. He, however, submits that he would like to re-file the writ petition by removing the defects.

¶2Taking into account the above, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, the petitioner is given the liberty to re-file the writ petition by removing the formal defects.
