Heard Mr. P.K. Roy Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also Page No.# 2/2 heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam on instructions submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.98/2024 dated 31.07.2024 has been filed against the present petitioner. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial court on 17.09.2024 for seeking regular bail. Till that date, the interim order passed earlier shall continue. With the aforesaid direction, the application for bail stands closed and disposed of.
