Heard Ms. M. Bhagawati, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. Page No.# 2/2 This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed in connection with North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No.244/2023. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, all the 3(three) petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and they have co-operated with the police investigation. Since the petitioners have co-operated with the police investigation, they do not deserve any detention in police custody. Accordingly, the interim bail granted earlier to the petitioners vide order dated 20.07.2023, is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. The instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
