¶3The petitioner has been facing trial under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the case was pending in the district of Barpeta. At that time, the petitioner was allowed to go on bail by the Sessions Judge, Barpeta. After that, the district of Baksa was created and the case was transferred to the Court of Sessions Judge, Baksa.
¶4All these things created communication gaps. Moreover, the petitioner had to go to another State of our country in search of job. Therefore, he could not appear before the Sessions Court at Baksa. The court at Baksa issued Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest (NBWA) against him and he was arrested.
