¶1Heard learned counsel Mr. B. M. Deka for the petitioner Amjed Ali.

¶2This application has been filed by the petitioner under 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for bail as he is behind bars since 29.06.2024 in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Mushalpur P.S. Case No. 56/2024 registered as PRC Case No. 375/2024 under Sections 457/380 of the IPC.

¶3Heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner.

¶5The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court and apply for bail, which may be considered by the court in accordance with law.
