ORDER Date : 20.03.2024 Heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant. This Interlocutory Application has been instituted by the petitioners as applicants praying for impleading the three officials in the post of Secretary to the Govt. of Assam; Director of Secondary Education, Assam, and Inspector of Schools, Hailakandi, as respondents No.4, 5 and 6, respectively, in the connected contempt petition. Having perused the contentions as raised in the Interlocutory Application, I am satisfied that the said officials sought to be impleaded as party respondents in the contempt petition are the officials now required to comply with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated

05.02.2019 in WP(C) 7760/2015. Accordingly, the below named officials are impleaded in the contempt petition as respondents No.4, 5 and 6:
