Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however in the meanwhile, Charge-sheet has been laid bearing Charge-sheet No.181/2024 Page No.# 2/2 dated 31.07.2024. 2) Considering the fact, that the Charge-sheet has been laid, this Bail Application stands disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the trial court and may pray for regular bail before the said Court, if so advised.
