Judgment
O R D E R
09.02.2024 Mr. M. Sarania, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the specific stand taken by the respondent No.4 in his affidavit-in-opposition that the land in question has not been acquired, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition and approach the appropriate forum challenging the forceful occupation of the petitioner's land without following the due process.
¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed on withdrawal.
¶3However, if the land of the petitioner in question in any manner has been taken away by the respondent authorities without adhering to the provision of law, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum including this Court.
