28/10/2024 Heard Mr. K Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2The petitioner, namely, Payal Ray Baglari, wife of Dulan Baglari, resident of Village-Lachit Nagar, P.S. Goalpara, District-Goalpara, has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Page No.# 2/2 Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending her arrest in Goalpara P.S. Case No. 101/2024 registered under Sections 329(3)/118(1)/296 of Bharatiya Nagarik Sanhita, 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 747/2024.

¶3The Court by order dated 12.08.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner, named above, in said Goalpara P.S. Case No. 101/2024.

¶4During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in the said Goalpara P.S. Case No. 101/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 99/2024 dated 30.08.2024.

¶5In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for her regular bail in said Goalpara P.S. Case No. 101/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 747/2024 on or before 14.11.2024.

¶6Till then (i.e., 14.11.2024), the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to her earlier on

12.08.2024 in said Goalpara P.S. Case No. 101/2024.

¶7With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
