¶2Heard Mr. K K Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶3By this application filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Ansar Ullah @ Pinku Ahmed, son of Hafij Ali, resident of Dolaitola, Saniadi, P.S.-Hajo, District-Kamrup is Page No.# 2/2 seeking pre-arrest bail in Hajo Police Station Case No. 271/2024 registered under Section 140(3) of the BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 410/2024.

¶4The Court on 14.08.2024 while calling for the case diary, granted interim bail to the petitioner in said Hajo P.S. Case No. 271/2024, which is still in force.

¶5During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case have already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Hajo Police Station Case No. 271/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 204/2024 dated 30.08.2024.

¶6In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Hajo P.S. Case No. 271/2024 on or before

14.11.2024.

¶7Till then, i.e., 14.11.2024, the petitioner shall remain on interim bail in said Hajo Police Station Case No. 271/2024 granted to him earlier on 14.08.2024.

¶8Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
