Judgment

ORDER

09.02.2024

The record reveals that on 22.06.2023, the counsel appearing on behalf of Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner has informed this Court that the petitioner had expired. However, thereupon no steps have been taken for bringing on record the legal representatives of the petitioner. The reason must have been on the ground that the reliefs which have been sought for was personal to the petitioner, inasmuch as, the petitioner sought to remove his name as a defaulter as displayed on the website 'CERSAI' and or 'CIBIL'. Under such circumstance, it is the opinion of this Court that the instant proceeding has abated and accordingly stands closed.
