Borah has conceded to the prayer on the ground that the counsel for the applicant Mr. A. Ahmed may be allowed to assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as the petitioner has conceded to the prayer made by the applicant. This interlocutory application is disposed of with an observation that the instead impleading the applicant as a party, the counsel for the applicant may assist learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the connected Anticipatory Bail Application. This Interlocutory Application is accordingly disposed of.
