Judgment

ORDER Date : 16.09.2024

Mr. A. R. Sikdar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that taking into the dispute involved herein, the Petitioner would be well advised to approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction seeking appropriate reliefs. He therefore submits that he would like to withdraw the instant writ petition.

¶2The learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition should not preclude the Petitioner to avail other remedies which are otherwise available under law.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶4Liberty however is given the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any action on the part Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
