P.P., Assam that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 53/24, dated 29.08.2024 in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Nagarbera PS Case No. 64/2024. In view of the above, the bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to apply for regular bail, if so advised before the learned trial court. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. This disposes of the bail application.
