Mr. F. Z. Mazumder, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would not like to press the instant writ petition, and instead, the petitioner would be well advised to approach the Registrar of Cooperative Societies for fixing a date for hearing of the appeal petition.
¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies for fixing a date for hearing of the appeal petition dated 23.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner.
¶3It is observed that if the petitioner approaches the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies, the said official shall duly fix a date so that the appeal petition could be heard at the earliest.
