. 2024 Mr. A. Mena, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Avijit Das and Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent are present. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated

28.08.2024, passed in AB No. 2166/ 2024, this court has passed an order directing the "learned Addl. PP to obtain instruction if any FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner". However, on the next date when the matter was fixed this Court has passed an order and inadvertently there was an error in the order dated 05.09.2024, passed in A.B. No. 2166/ 2024 wherein it was wrongly typed that " the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner" instead of "the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner". The said order is to be rectified, and typed as "The learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner." The aforementioned inadvertent mistake is accordingly corrected. In view of the above, the I.A. stands disposed of and this order shall form a part of the order dated 05.09.2024, passed in AB No. 2166/ 2024. Page No.# 3/3 The I.A. stands disposed of.
