Adil Javed Khanikar Alias Adim Jamat v. The State of Assam,

Heard Ms. J. Singpho, learned counsel for the applicant petitioner, who has filed this application for correction of a typographical error.

¶2This Court has granted bail to the applicant/petitioner vide order dated

13.08.2024 in AB /2104/2024 and he was also granted interim protection but Page No.# 2/2 unfortunately a typographical error has occurred in typing the name of the petitioner in the order dated 13.08.2024.

¶3The name of the applicant/petitioner is Adil Javed Khanikar @ Adim Jamat but instead of Adil Javed Khanikar @ Adim Jamat inadvertently Krishna Gogoi @ Akash Gogoi was typed.

¶4Heard Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶5The prayer of the applicant is allowed. Wherever the name Krishna Gogoi @ Akash Gogoi appears, the same be corrected and inserted as Adil Javed Khanikar @ Adim Jamat in the order dated 13.08.2024 in AB No. 2104/2024. The bail conditions are also modified. The applicant/petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within 1 (One) week from today.

¶6This order will also form a part of the order dated 13.08.2024 in AB No. 2104/2024.

¶7In the above terms this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
