¶2Ms. U. Das, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate submits that an affidavit has been filed by the respondent No.2. In the said affidavit, an order has been enclosed as Anenxure-1 whereby the name of "Tilokgaon Ranchaidhan Sambai Samity (TRSS), Bidyapur" has been renamed as "Tilokgaon Ranchaidhan Sambi Samity (TRSS), Bongaigaon".

¶3Taking into account the above, it is apparent that the order passed by this Court dated 22.09.2019 in WP(C) No.1165/2019 has been duly complied with.

¶4Accordingly, the instant Contempt Proceedings stands dropped.
