The matter has come up for consideration of the Interlocutory Application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has opposed the application for condondation of delay. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the contents of the application, we are of the view that the applicants have satisfactorily explained the delay in filing the connected appeal. Hence, this Interlocutory Application is allowed. The delay of 13 days in filing the connected appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to register the connected appeal and list it for admission after two weeks. Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
