30.10.2024 Heard Mr. T.R. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. H. Gupta, learned CGC, appearing for the respondent Nos.1—3. None appears for the respondent Nos.4 and 5. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.10.2024, the petitioner was admitted and the grievance sought to be addressed in this petition has already been addressed by the respondent Nos.1—3 and as such, the matter become infructuous and the same may be closed. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1—3 also submits that the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner has already been admitted by the respondent Nos.1—3 and the order of this Court dated 21.10.2024 has been complied with.
