27.03.2024 o Page No.# 2/2 None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. It reveals from the records that on various occasions, the petitioner has not been represented. Further to that, on 02.03.2022 when the matter was listed, a prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner that he would take steps upon the sole respondent within seven days. However, from the office note dated 29.09.2023, it reveals that no steps had been taken. Taking into account the above, it seems that the petitioner herein is not interested to proceed with the instant proceeding, for which, the instant petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated and the Court of the learned Principal Judge No.2, Family Court, Kamrup at Guwahati is directed to proceed with the FC (Civil) Case No.1238/2015 in accordance with law. Registry shall duly intimate the learned Court below about the instant order. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
