The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms with the order dated 17.06.2022 passed in WP(C) No.7360/2021, the petitioner has Page No.# 2/2 been paid certain amount however, an amount of Rs.94,702/- has been deducted illegally.

¶2This Court upon perusal of the order dated 17.06.2022 passed in WP(C) No.7360/2021 finds that the direction upon the respondent authorities was to re-verify and to pay whatever is due to the petitioner.

¶3Taking into account the above as the respondent authorities have duly re-verified and paid the dues to the petitioner, the instant contempt proceedings has become infructuous as the order dated 17.06.2022 has been complied with.

¶4Be that as it may, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved for the non-payment of the amount of Rs.94,702/-, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail such remedies as otherwise available in law.

¶5In view of the above, the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped.
