ORDER

11.09.2024. Heard Shri I Ngamlai, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for correction of a typographical mistake occurred in the order dated 04.06.2024 passed by this Court in RSA/125/2017. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that so far as the title appeal is Page No.# 2/2 concerned, in which the judgment and decree dated 26.08.2016 was passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Sivasagar, the same should have been Title Appeal No. 26/2015 instead of Title Appeal No. 26/2016 which has been reflected in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the aforesaid order. Upon perusal of the materials on record, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid error is a typographical one which has crept in due to inadvertence. Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed and the Title Appeal No. 26/2016 appearing in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the judgment and order dated

04.06.2024 passed by this Court in RSA/125/2017 is to be read as Title Appeal No. 26/2015. Interlocutory application stands disposed of. Let this order be read as a part of the judgment and order dated 04.06.2024 passed in RSA/125/2017.
