Heard Mr. J. Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. It is submitted at the bar that this matter has been settled through the process of mediation. A copy of the Mediation Report dated 29.11.2019 is placed before this Court, which is marked as 'X'. It appears from the aforesaid report that the disputes between the parties have been settled by the Mediator appointed through this Court by Order dated

03.09.2018. It further appears that as per the said agreement arrived between the parties, the petitioner had deposited the subject amount of Rs. 30 Lakhs to the respondent Bank and the respondent Bank has also compounded the account of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid settlement, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed and disposed of.
