ORDER Date : 04 .04. 2024 Heard Mr. B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. PP for the State respondent No.1. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 64 days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition against the judgment and order dared 24.03.2022, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in Crl. Appeal No. 55 of 2014 and the judgment and order dared 12.05.2014, passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kamrup at Guwahati in G.R. Case No. 643/2005. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that grounds of delay which was not intentional. The grounds which are satisfactorily explained in the petition. Considering the fact, the delay be condoned. Page No.# 3/3 The learned Addl. PP, on the other hand, has submitted that he has no objection to condone the day. In view of the above, the delay of 64 days is hereby condoned. The Registry is directed to register the connected revision petition and the other connected Interlocutry applications and list for admission. The I.A. stands disposed of.
