Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel submitting on behalf of Mr. A. Wahab, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though, the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 90/2024 dated 31.08.2024 against the present petitioner. Page No.# 2/2 In view of laying of charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may seek relief before the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
