Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has already been laid vide Charge-sheet No. 168/2024 dated 06.09.2024 against the petitioner. Page No.# 2/2 In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may pray for regular bail before the said Court, if so advised. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
