15.03.2024 Mr. S Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to pursue the matter anymore, since she has accepted the appointment given by the respondent authority concerned with the condition that she will not make any claim for the past services rendered by her or the remuneration thereafter. Mr. R Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing for the Department of School Education agrees to the submission and has no objection as well. In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
