¶2Heard Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶3By this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (i) Mintu Ahmed, son of Sabed Ali, (ii) Suria Begum, wife of Sabed Ali and (iii) Rubi Sultana, daughter of Sabed Ali, all resident of village-Putuli Rasul Path, Satgaon, Nowapara, P.S.- Dispur, District-Kamrup (Metro), are seeking pre-arrest bail in Dispur Police Station Case No. 865/2024 registered under Section 85 of BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 4818/2024.

¶4During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sarma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Dispur Police Station Case No. 865/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 775/2024 dated 30.10.2024.

¶5In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Dispur Police Station Case No. 865/2024 on or before 06.12.2024.

¶6Till then, i.e., 06.12.2024, the petitioners shall remain on interim bail granted to them earlier on 31.08.2024. Page No.# 3/3

¶7Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
