This application is under section 24 of the C.P.C. praying for transfer of Page No.# 2/2 the P.S. (M) No. 109/2023 pending in the Court of learned District Judge, Tinsukia to the Court of the learned District Jude, Dibrugarh. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the case is transferred from Tinsukia Court to the Court of Dibrugarh. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that T.S. (M) No. 109/2023 pending in the Court of learned District Judge, Tinsukia shall be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Dibrugarh. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
