Mr. R J Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that, in this case, Charge Sheet has been submitted by the Police being C.S. No. 559/2024 dated 31.08.2024. Since the Charge Sheet has been submitted, petitioner is directed to approach the trial court seeking bail. It is made clear that if the trial court refuses to grant bail, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the above, the bail application is closed and disposed of.
