12/11/2024 Heard Mr. N K Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2The petitioner, namely, Sri Ajay Das @ Paniram, has filed this application under Section Page No.# 2/2 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Pulibor P.S. Case No. 45/2024 registered under Section 379 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 184/2024.

¶3The Court by order dated 09.09.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner, named above, in said Pulibor P.S. Case No. 45/2024.

¶4During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case, in the meanwhile, has submitted charge-sheet in said Pulibor P.S. Case No. 45/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 110/2024 dated 30.08.2024.

¶5In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Pulibor P.S. Case No. 45/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 184/2024 on or before 22.11.2024.

¶6Till then (i.e., 22.11.2024), the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 09.09.2024 in said Pulibor P.S. Case No. 45/2024.

¶7With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
